Afternoon Prayers (Minchah)

The afternoon prayers, traditionally referred to as the Minchah service, in memory of the afternoon service in the Temple, can be prayed at any time between midday and sunset. The best time to pray them is between 3-4pm. You can pray them by yourself, or in a group. If practical, you could even form a Minchah prayer-group at your workplace.

The prayers are designed to be short and not cumbersome. The service is started and concluded with a bow or prostration (whichever is up to the individual).
